Meet the Staff at DC Wellness Center!
Connie Theisen (Helminger) DC
Dr. Connie graduated from the Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN in 2001. After graduation she opened her practice at Excel Family Chiropractic, but had bigger dreams of a wellness based center, which she opened in 2005. Dr. Connie is very passionate about helping families lead healthy lifestyles. She has advanced training in pregnancies, infants and children and also has her chiropractic acupuncture license. One of Dr. Connie's most recent achievements is that she was awarded "Chiropractor Of The Year" by Chiro Advance Services.
Jennifer Sweeney (Bachke) DC
Dr. Jen is also a graduate of Northwestern Chiropractic College in Bloomington. She is a certified Chiropractic Acupuncturist. She is the driving force behind our Foundation For Wellness Program, which keeps her busy educating our patients and our community! Dr. Jen is married and resides in Maple Grove with her husband, Joe!
Nicole Roufs, Office Manager
Nicole is a certified Chiropractic Assistant through CAS, which helps her keep the office running smooth. She and her family have been under wellness chiropractic care for many years. She loves keeping up to date on all things health related. Nicole really enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has three children that keep her extra busy!
Paulina Tharaldson, CMT
Paulina is our massage therapist and is amazing! She graduated from CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu Therapy School and Clinic in 2002. She specializes in deep tissue, relaxation, sports and prenatal massage - but will customize each massage to meet your needs. Paulina resides in Champlin, MN with her husband and two sons.
Ken Youngberg, Massage Therapist
He is a nationally certified bodyworker/massage therapist and offers a variety of modalities combining clinical and body/mind techniques designed to relieve and eliminate acute and chronic soft tissue pain and tension from stress.
